Illinois High School Basketball - Hall fells LaSalle-Peru
January 30, 2018: Spring Valley, IL 61362 Hall Red Devils (Spring Valley, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting LaSalle-Peru Cavaliers (LaSalle, IL), 68-53 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Hall upgrades its record to 17-6 on the season. The Red Devils travel to St. Bede (Peru, IL) to clash with the Bruins in a Three Rivers - North bout on Friday, February 2. The Bruins go into the bout with a record of 5-18. St. Bede lost 72-46 in their recent league bout against Bureau Valley (Manlius, IL)
Next up, the Cavaliers clash with the Ottawa Pirates (Ottawa, IL) in a Northern Illinois Big 12 - West bout, on Friday, February 2. LaSalle-Peru will attempt to upgrade on its 7-13 season record. The Pirates go into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 49-32 non-league win over Sandwich (Sandwich, IL).
