Ball Tornadoes (Galveston, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Fort Bend Marshall Buffalos (Missouri City, TX), 65-58 in a league bout.

With the win, Ball upgrades its record to 10-13 on the season. The Tornadoes travel to Fort Bend Elkins (Missouri City, TX) to clash with the Knights in a 5A Region III District 23 bout on Friday, February 9. The Knights go into the bout with a record of 23-11. Fort Bend Elkins won 62-55 in their recent league bout against Fort Bend Marshall (Missouri City, TX)

Next up, the Buffalos clash with the Texas City Stingarees (Texas City, TX) in a 5A Region III District 23 bout, on Friday, February 9. Fort Bend Marshall will attempt to upgrade on its 21-12 season record. The Stingarees go into the bout with a 21-11 record after their 63-61 league win over Manvel (Manvel, TX).
