Texas High School Basketball - Juarez-Lincoln crushes La Joya
February 6, 2018: La Joya, TX 78560 Juarez-Lincoln Huskies (La Joya, TX) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting La Joya Coyotes (La Joya, TX), 75-39 in a league bout.
With the win, Juarez-Lincoln upgrades its record to 19-10 on the season. The Huskies travel to McAllen Memorial (McAllen, TX) to play the Mustangs in a 6A Region IV District 30 bout on Friday, February 9. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 23-8. McAllen Memorial won 59-50 in their recent league bout against La Joya (La Joya, TX)
Next up, the Coyotes play the Rowe Warriors (McAllen, TX) in a 6A Region IV District 30 bout, on Friday, February 9. La Joya will attempt to upgrade on its 11-22 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 21-8 record after their 61-49 league win over McAllen (McAllen, TX).
