Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA), 47-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Cedartown upgrades its record to 6-3 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Chattooga (Summerville, GA) to play the Indians in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 28. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 9-1. Chattooga won 79-65 in their recent non-league bout against Central (Carrollton, GA)

Next up, the Eagles play the Central Lions (Carrollton, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, December 29. Coosa will attempt to upgrade on its 4-5 season record. The Lions go into the bout with a 7-3 record after their 79-65 non-league loss to Chattooga (Summerville, GA).
