Georgia High School Basketball - Cedartown overwhelmed by Paulding County
December 22, 2017: Cedartown, GA 30125 The Paulding County Patriots basketball team scored 69 points and restricted the host Cedartown Bulldogs to 42 in the Patriots non-league victory on Friday.
The Patriots now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to East Paulding for a AAAAA Region 7 contest on Tuesday, January 2. Paulding County will battle a Raiders team coming off a 107-104 non-league win over Jackson (Jackson, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 3-6.
The Bulldogs (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Coosa (Rome, GA). The Eagles come into the non-league contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Coosa triumphed over Woodland (Cartersville, GA), 57-54, in a non-league contest.
