Cary Imps (Cary, NC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Green Hope Falcons (Cary, NC), 75-39 in a league bout.

With the victory, Cary upgrades its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Imps travel to Apex Friendship (Apex, NC) to play the Patriots in a 4A Conference 29 bout on Friday, January 6. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 8-4. Apex Friendship won 59-44 in their recent league bout against Apex (Apex, NC)

Next up, the Falcons play the Holly Springs Golden Hawks (Holly Springs, NC) in a 4A Conference 29 bout, on Friday, January 6. Green Hope will attempt to upgrade on its 4-9 season record. The Golden Hawks come into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 63-33 non-league win over Broughton (Raleigh, NC).
