December 19, 2022: Zeigler, IL 62999 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Agape Christian Knights (Energy, IL) and the host Zeigler-Royalton Tornadoes (Zeigler, IL), saw Agape Christian's basketball squad wallop Zeigler-Royalton by a tally of 85-50.
With the victory, Agape Christian improves its record to 8-3 on the campaign. The Knights travel to HomeSchool Resource Center (Monee, IL) to confront the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 28. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 8-11. HomeSchool Resource Center lost 66-55 in their recent league challenge against Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family (Downers Grove, IL)
Next up, the Tornadoes confront the Trico Pioneers (Campbell Hill, IL) in a Black Diamond - West challenge, on Tuesday, December 20. Zeigler-Royalton will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Pioneers come into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 51-37 non-league loss to Steeleville (Steeleville, IL).
