Washington High School Basketball - Lakes falls to Mount Tahoma

January 6, 2023: Lakewood, WA 98498

In Friday's league match, the visiting Mount Tahoma T-Birds basketball team scored a good 72-59 triumph over the Lakes Lancers.

In their next game, the T-Birds meet the Spanaway Lake Sentinels (Spanaway, WA) in a 3A Pierce County match, on Tuesday, January 10. Mount Tahoma will attempt to better on its 7-6 season record. The Sentinels enter the match with a 5-8 record after their 54-49 league loss to Lincoln (Tacoma, WA).

With the defeat, Lakes moves to 1-9 on the year. The Lancers travel to Yelm (Yelm, WA) to meet the Tornados in a non-league match on Saturday, January 7. The Tornados enter the match with a record of 2-4. Yelm won 63-60 in their recent league match against Central Kitsap (Silverdale, WA)
