September 8, 2014: Laurel, MD 20707 Pallotti Panthers (Laurel, MD) fans left the game satisfied Monday as they observed their football team nudge the visiting Avalon Black Knights (Gaithersburg, MD), 23-20 in a non-league test.
With the win, Pallotti improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Panthers host Landon (Bethesda, MD) to confront the Bears in a non-league test on Friday, September 12. The Bears go into the test with a record of 1-1. Landon lost 31-28 in their recent non-league test against Boys Latin (Baltimore, MD)
With the loss, Avalon moves to 1-1 on the season. The Black knights travel to Annapolis Area Christian (Severn, MD) to confront the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, September 19. The Eagles go into the test with a record of 1-1.
