September 12, 2014: Fox Lake, IL 60020 In Friday's league game, the Lakes Eagles (Lake Villa, IL) football team smashed the host Grant Bulldogs (Fox Lake, IL), by a score of 52-6.
The Eagles (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL). The Bulldogs come into the North Suburban - Prairie game with a 2-1 record. In their last game, Wauconda was ripped by Lake Forest (Lake Forest, IL), 37-14, in a non-league game.
The Bulldogs now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to North Chicago for a North Suburban - Prairie game on Friday, September 19. Grant will battle a Warhawks team coming off a 64-28 league loss to Vernon Hills (Vernon Hills, IL). The Warhawks record now stands at 0-3.
