California High School Basketball - Ponderosa overwhelms Edison

December 1, 2022: Stockton, CA 95206

Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) and the host Edison Vikings (Stockton, CA), saw Ponderosa's basketball squad wallop Edison by a tally of 63-36.

With the victory, Ponderosa improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Center (Antelope, CA) to play the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Friday, December 2. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Center won 62-13 in their recent non-league challenge against Johnson (Sacramento, CA)

Next up, the Vikings play the Rosemont Wolverine (Sacramento, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 3. Edison will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Wolverine come into the challenge with a 5-3 record after their 47-30 non-league win over Florin (Sacramento, CA).
