Willow Spring Storm (Fuquay-Varina, NC) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cummings Cavaliers (Burlington, NC), 63-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Willow Spring upgrades its record to 11-0 on the season. The Storm travel to NC GBB Academy (Durham, NC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, December 29. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 9-5. NC GBB Academy won 70-42 in their recent non-league bout against Wakefield (Raleigh, NC)

Next up, the Cavaliers clash with the Wakefield Wolverines (Raleigh, NC) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, December 29. Cummings will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Wolverines go into the bout with a 9-3 record after their 70-42 non-league loss to NC GBB Academy (Durham, NC).
