Arizona High School Basketball - Estrella Foothills falls to Mountain Ridge

In Thursday's non-league match, the host Mountain Ridge Mountain Lions basketball team scored a good 57-44 triumph over the Estrella Foothills Wolves.

In their next game, the Mountain Lions meet the Deer Valley Skyhawks (Glendale, AZ) in a non-league match, on Tuesday, January 3. Mountain Ridge will attempt to better on its 10-1 season record. The Skyhawks enter the match with a 4-4 record after their 48-34 non-league loss to Great Oak (Temecula, CA).

With the defeat, Estrella Foothills moves to 15-3 on the year. The Wolves travel to Red Rock (Sedona, AZ) to meet the Scorpions in a non-league match on Friday, December 30. The Scorpions enter the match with a record of 8-1. Red Rock won 59-33 in their recent non-league match against Arete Prep (Gilbert, AZ)
