Georgia High School Baseball - Crisp County loses to Southland Academy
March 6, 2021: Cordele, GA 31015 In Saturday's non-league game, the visiting Southland Academy Raiders baseball team scored a tight 11-7 victory over the Crisp County Cougars.
The Raiders (1-0) will now prepare for their game against Westfield School (Perry, GA). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Westfield School was overwhelmed by Macon-East Montgomery Academy (Cecil, AL), 15-3, in a non-league game.
The Cougars (4-4) will now prepare for their game against Americus-Sumter (Americus, GA). The Panthers go into the AAA Region 2 game with a 0-6 record. In their last game, Americus-Sumter was overwhelmed by Westover (Albany, GA), 25-5, in a non-league game.
