May 17, 2021: Newington, CT 06111 Newington Indians (Newington, CT) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Simsbury Trojans (Simsbury, CT), 6-1 in a league test.
With the win, Newington upgrades its record to 9-4 on the season. The Indians host New Britain (New Britain, CT) to battle the Golden Hurricanes in a Central Connecticut - West test on Wednesday, May 19. The Golden Hurricanes come into the test with a record of 11-5. New Britain won 1-0 in their recent league test against Conard (West Hartford, CT)

The Indians come into the test with a record of 10-6. Farmington won 6-1 in their recent non-league test against Rocky Hill (Rocky Hill, CT)
