The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Howells-Dodge Jaguars (Howells, NE) and the visiting Elkhorn Valley Falcons (Tilden, NE), observed Howells-Dodge's football squad bounce Elkhorn Valley by a count of 50-8.

The Jaguars now own a 6-0 record. They play next when they travel to Laurel-Concord-Coleridge for a D1 District 5 (8 Man) contest on Friday, October 18. Howells-Dodge will play a Bears squad coming off a 42-16 league loss to Lutheran-Northeast (Norfolk, NE). The Bears record now stands at 4-2.
