Parklane Academy Pioneers (McComb, MS) fans left the game satisfied Friday as they observed their football team nudge the visiting North Pike Jaguars (Summit, MS), 37-33 in a non-league test.

With the win, Parklane Academy improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Pioneers host Silliman Institute (Clinton, LA) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, August 30. The Wildcats go into the test with a record of 0-1. Silliman Institute lost 17-6 in their recent non-league test against Brookhaven Academy (Brookhaven, MS)

With the loss, North Pike moves to 0-1 on the season. The Jaguars host Tylertown (Tylertown, MS) to confront the Chiefs in a non-league test on Friday, August 30. The Chiefs go into the test with a record of 1-0. Tylertown won 40-12 in their recent non-league test against Port Gibson (Port Gibson, MS)
