In Thursday's league match, the host North Sand Mountain Bison football squad scored a big 49-7 victory over the Section Lions.

In their next game, the Bison clash with the Pisgah Eagles (Pisgah, AL) in a non-league match, on Friday, November 1. North Sand Mountain will attempt to move on its 6-3 season record. The Eagles enter the match with a 5-5 record after their 12-8 league win over Plainview (Rainsville, AL).
