The Taft Toreadors ran past the visiting Buckley Griffins basketball team by a final score of 66-56 in Tuesday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Toreadors face the Righetti Warriors (Santa Maria, CA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, December 19. Taft will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Warriors enter the game with a 3-1 record after their 54-51 non-league win over Dos Pueblos (Goleta, CA).
