December 15, 2012: Minnetonka, MN 55345 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Minnetonka Skippers (Minnetonka, MN) and the visiting Benilde-St. Margaret's Red Knights (St. Louis Park, MN), saw Minnetonka's basketball squad trounce Benilde-St. Margaret's by a count of 68-34.
With the victory, Minnetonka upgrades its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Skippers host North (North St. Paul, MN) to play the Polars in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, December 18. The Polars come into the challenge with a record of 1-3. North lost 70-40 in their recent non-league challenge against East Ridge (Woodbury, MN)
Next up, the Red Knights play the Rosemount Irish (Rosemount, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 18. Benilde-St. Margaret's will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record. The Irish come into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 83-61 non-league loss to Woodbury (Woodbury, MN).
