January 29, 2013: Oxford, PA 19363 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Oxford Hornets (Oxford, PA) and the visiting Kennett Blue Demons (Kennett Square, PA), saw Oxford's basketball squad knock off Kennett by a score of 60-48.
With the victory, Oxford improves its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Great Valley (Malvern, PA) to play the Patriots in a Ches-Mont - American challenge on Thursday, January 31. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 17-0. Great Valley won 70-35 in their recent league challenge against Sun Valley (Aston, PA)
Next up, the Blue Demons play the Bayard Rustin Golden Knights (West Chester, PA) in a Ches-Mont - American challenge, on Thursday, January 31. Kennett will attempt to improve on its 11-7 season record. The Golden Knights come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 52-32 non-league win over East (West Chester, PA).
