Peebles Indians (Peebles, OH) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs (Lynchburg, OH), 70-66 in a league bout.

With the win, Peebles upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Indians travel to Africentric Early College (Columbus, OH) to play the Nubians in a non-league bout on Saturday, December 22. The Nubians go into the bout with a record of 6-1. Africentric Early College won 81-61 in their recent league bout against Briggs (Columbus, OH)

Next up, the Mustangs play the McClain Tigers (Greenfield, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, December 22. Lynchburg-Clay will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
