The Mountain Pointe Pride tipped the visiting Valley Vista Monsoon basketball team by a final score of 65-60 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Pride face the Perry Pumas (Gilbert, AZ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, February 16. Mountain Pointe will attempt to move on its 7-1 season record. The Pumas enter the game with a 7-1 record after their 65-40 non-league win over Rancho Solano Prep (Scottsdale, AZ).
