December 30, 2020: Tallapoosa, GA 30176 In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Sonoraville Phoenix (Calhoun, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Haralson County Rebels (Tallapoosa, GA), by a margin of 52-29.
The Phoenix (9-0) will now prepare for their outing against Rockmart (Rockmart, GA). The Yellowjackets go into the AAA Region 6 outing with a 3-6 record.
The Rebels now own a 2-6 record. They play next when they host Oak Mountain Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, January 5. Haralson County will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 60-35 league loss to Piedmont Academy (Monticello, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 4-5.
