February 9, 2021: Trenton, NE 69044 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hitchcock County Falcons (Trenton, NE) and the visiting Cheylin Cougars (Bird City, KS), saw Hitchcock County's basketball squad overcome Cheylin by a tally of 63-50.
With the victory, Hitchcock County improves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Wallace (Wallace, NE) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 12. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Wallace won 55-39 in their recent league challenge against Southwest (Bartley, NE)
Next up, the Cougars confront the Brewster Bulldogs (Brewster, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 12. Cheylin will attempt to improve on its 13-3 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 49-37 non-league loss to St. Francis (St. Francis, KS).
