Fans at Thursday's non-league challenge between the Ludington Orioles (Ludington, MI) and the host Traverse City Central Trojans (Traverse City, MI), saw Ludington's basketball squad hold off Traverse City Central by a tally of 41-37.

With the victory, Ludington improves its record to 10-5 on the campaign. The Orioles travel to Manistee (Manistee, MI) to confront the Chippewas in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 23. The Chippewas come into the challenge with a record of 2-7. Manistee won 35-32 in their recent non-league challenge against Pine River Area (Leroy, MI)

Next up, the Trojans confront the Hudsonville Eagles (Hudsonville, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 20. Traverse City Central will attempt to improve on its 10-3 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 10-7 record after their 52-49 non-league loss to Rockford (Rockford, MI).
