Fans at Friday's league challenge between the Northern Valley Huskies (Almena, KS) and the visiting Weskan Coyotes (Weskan, KS), saw Northern Valley's basketball squad wallop Weskan by a count of 82-33.

With the victory, Northern Valley improves its record to 4-8 on the campaign. The Huskies host Stockton (Stockton, KS) to confront the Tigers in a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 26. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 5-6. Stockton won 60-51 in their recent non-league battle against Russell (Russell, KS)

The Coyotes (3-7) will now prepare for their battle against Heartland Christian (Colby, KS). The Crusaders come into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Heartland Christian was overwhelmed by Ponca City HomeSchool (Ponca City, OK), 60-29, in a non-league battle.
