September 12, 2018: Enfield, CT 06082 The Bloomfield Warhawks held off the host Public Safety Academy Eagles volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Warhawks now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tolland for a Central Connecticut - North test on Friday, September 14. Bloomfield will confront a Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to RHAM (Hebron, CT). The Eagles record now stands at 2-1.
The Eagles (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Windham (Willimantic, CT). The Whippets enter the non-league test with a 0-2 record. In their last test, Windham was nudged by Griswold (Griswold, CT), 3-0, in a non-league test.
