Christopher Cougars (Gilroy, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the host Santa Teresa Saints (San Jose, CA), 3-2 in a league match.

Next up, the Cougars battle the Live Oak Acorns (Morgan Hill, CA) in a BVAL - Santa Teresa East match, on Tuesday, October 3. Christopher will attempt to advance on its 7-7 season record. The Acorns come into the match with a 7-3 record after their 3-1 league win over Piedmont Hills (San Jose, CA).
