The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Gresham Gophers (Gresham, OR) and the host Central Panthers (Independence, OR), saw Gresham's volleyball squad beat Central by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Gresham upgrades its record to 6-12 on the year. The Gophers host Central Catholic (Portland, OR) to play the Rams in a 6A Mt. Hood bout on Monday, October 2. The Rams go into the bout with a record of 14-3.
