West Virginia High School Lacrosse - Capital held off by St. Albans
April 11, 2019: St. Albans, WV 25177 St. Albans Red Dragons (St. Albans, WV) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Capital Cougars (Charleston, WV), 9-8 in a league battle.
The Red Dragons now own a 6-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Harrison County for a WVSLA battle on Saturday, April 27.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Berkeley County Pride (Martinsburg, WV) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 13. Capital will attempt to advance on its 6-4 season record. The Pride come into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 12-2 league loss to Morgantown (Morgantown, WV).
