Concord Minutemen (Concord, CA) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting El Cerrito Gauchos (El Cerrito, CA), 3-1 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Minutemen face the Hercules Titans (Hercules, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 21. Concord will attempt to better on its 3-3 season record.

The Gauchos now have a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Oakland Tech for a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 4.
