The Central Cambria Red Devils held off the host Forest Hills Rangers football team by a final score of 28-22 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Central Cambria improves its record to 1-2 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Central (Martinsburg, PA) to confront the Dragons in a Laurel Highlands outing on Friday, September 17. The Dragons go into the outing with a record of 3-0. Central won 54-6 in their recent league outing against Greater Johnstown (Johnstown, PA)

With the loss, Forest Hills moves to 1-2 on the season. The Rangers travel to Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA) to confront the Marauders in a Laurel Highlands outing on Saturday, September 18. The Marauders go into the outing with a record of 1-2. Bishop Guilfoyle lost 28-3 in their recent league outing against Richland (Johnstown, PA)
