Florida High School Soccer - South Dade knocks off Sunset
December 10, 2019: Miami, FL 33183 South Dade Buccaneers (Homestead, FL) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the host Sunset Knights (Miami, FL), 8-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Buccaneers confront the Palmetto Panthers (Miami, FL) in a 7A D16 challenge, on Thursday, December 12. South Dade will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 4-3 record after their 2-1 league loss to Coral Reef (Miami, FL).
The Knights now have a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host MAST Academy for a 4A D16 challenge on Friday, December 13. Sunset will confront a Makos team coming off a 8-0 non-league loss to Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart (Miami, FL). The Makos record now stands at 2-5.
