November 28, 2008: Ferguson, MO 63135 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the McCluer South-Berkeley Bulldogs (Ferguson, MO) and the visiting Hope Mighty Eagles (Chicago, IL), saw McCluer South-Berkeley's basketball squad hold off Hope by a score of 54-50.
With the victory, McCluer South-Berkeley improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Von Steuben (Chicago, IL) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Saturday, November 29. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-1. Von Steuben won 65-39 in their recent non-league challenge against North (St. Charles, IL)
Next up, the Mighty Eagles play the Morgan Park Mustangs (Chicago, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, November 29. Hope will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the challenge with a 1-5 record after their 51-35 non-league loss to Von Steuben (Chicago, IL).
