December 11, 2008: Seward, NE 68434 In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Seward Bluejays basketball squad scored a big 71-36 victory over the Centennial Broncos.
With the victory, Seward improves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Bluejays host Grand Island Northwest (Grand Island, NE) to battle the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Saturday, December 13. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 1-1. Grand Island Northwest won 52-42 in their recent league challenge against McCook (McCook, NE)
Next up, the Broncos battle the Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 13. Centennial will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 47-23 league win over Southern (Wymore, NE).
