Indiana High School Basketball - Greenfield-Central overwhelms Bishop Chatard
January 13, 2009: Indianapolis, IN 46220 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Greenfield-Central Cougars (Greenfield, IN) and the host Bishop Chatard Trojans (Indianapolis, IN), saw Greenfield-Central's basketball squad trounce Bishop Chatard by a score of 62-39.
With the victory, Greenfield-Central improves its record to 10-4 on the campaign. The Cougars host Heritage Christian (Indianapolis, IN) to battle the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 16. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 15-0. Heritage Christian won 70-33 in their recent non-league challenge against Northwestern (Kokomo, IN)
Next up, the Trojans battle the Scecina Memorial Crusaders (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, January 16. Bishop Chatard will attempt to improve on its 6-10 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 7-8 record after their 44-41 league win over Park Tudor (Indianapolis, IN).
