Countryside Cougars (Clearwater, FL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Berkeley Prep Buccaneers (Tampa, FL), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Countryside upgrades its record to 13-8 on the season. The Cougars travel to St. Petersburg (St. Petersburg, FL) to battle the Green Devils in a 7A District 10 test on Tuesday, April 9. The Green Devils come into the test with a record of 8-8. St. Petersburg won 13-12 in their recent non-league test against Largo (Largo, FL)

With the defeat, Berkeley Prep falls to 11-8 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL) to battle the in a non-league test on Thursday, April 11.
