Canyon del Oro Dorados (Tucson, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Sabino Sabercats (Tucson, AZ), 18-3 in a league test.

With the win, Canyon del Oro upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Dorados travel to Bishop Manogue (Reno, NV) to battle the Miners in a non-league test on Thursday, March 7. The Miners come into the test with a record of 0-0.

With the defeat, Sabino falls to 2-4 on the season. The Sabercats host Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ) to battle the Cougars in a II Section I test on Tuesday, March 5. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 4-2. Sahuaro lost 2-1 in their recent league battle against Catalina Foothills (Tucson, AZ)
