In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) volleyball squad knocked off the visiting Myers Park Mustangs (Charlotte, NC), by a margin of 3-0.

Next up, the Huskies battle the Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, August 21. Hough will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Tigers come into the contest with a 2-0 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Asheboro (Asheboro, NC).

With the loss, Myers Park drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC) to battle the Mavericks in a Queen City 3A/4A contest on Wednesday, September 1. The Mavericks come into the contest with a record of 0-2.
