September 24, 2021: Asheville, NC The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Asheville Trailblazers Trailblazers (Asheville, NC) and the visiting Greater Cabarrus Stallions Stallions (Concord, NC), saw Asheville Trailblazers's volleyball squad beat Greater Cabarrus Stallions by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Asheville Trailblazers upgrades its record to 1-5 on the year. The Trailblazers travel to Anderson Cavaliers (Anderson, SC) to play the Cavaliers in a bout on Monday, October 11. The Cavaliers go into the bout with a record of 8-2.
The Stallions now own a 2-11 record. They play next when they host Queen's Grant for a non-league bout on Monday, September 27. Greater Cabarrus Stallions will play a Stallions squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Bradford Prep (Charlotte, NC). The Stallions record now stands at 3-11.
