Alabama High School Baseball - Hoover gets by Nova
March 18, 2016: Hoover, AL 35244 Hoover Buccaneers (Hoover, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Nova Titans (Davie, FL), 4-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Hoover upgrades its record to 10-7 on the season. The Buccaneers host Cullman (Cullman, AL) to battle the Bearcats in a non-league test on Saturday, March 26. The Bearcats come into the test with a record of 12-3. Cullman lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Osceola (Seminole, FL)
With the defeat, Nova falls to 11-2 on the season. The Titans host LaVergne (LaVergne, TN) to battle the Wolverines in a non-league test on Saturday, March 19. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 0-0.
