South Carolina High School Football - Fort Mill held off by Clover

October 2, 2020: Fort Mill, SC 29715

Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Fort Mill Yellowjackets (Fort Mill, SC), 21-14 in a league test.

With the triumph, Clover improves its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Blue Eagles host Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC) to battle the Bulldogs in a AAAAA Region 3 test on Friday, October 9. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 1-1. Boiling Springs won 45-28 in their recent league test against Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC)

With the loss, Fort Mill drops to 1-2 on the campaign. The Yellowjackets host Hartsville (Hartsville, SC) to battle the Red Foxes in a non-league test on Friday, October 9. The Red Foxes come into the test with a record of 0-2. Hartsville lost 33-28 in their recent league test against West Florence (Florence, SC)
