Florida High School Football - Forest can't get by Vanguard

October 2, 2020: Ocala, FL 34480

Vanguard Knights (Ocala, FL) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team nip the host Forest Wildcats (Ocala, FL), 20-14 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Vanguard improves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Knights host West Port (Ocala, FL) to confront the Wolf Pack in a non-league test on Friday, October 9. The Wolf Pack come into the test with a record of 2-0. West Port won 24-13 in their recent non-league test against North Marion (Citra, FL)

With the loss, Forest drops to 1-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Belleview (Belleview, FL) to confront the Rattlers in a non-league test on Friday, October 16. The Rattlers come into the test with a record of 0-2.
