The Central Gwinnett Black Knights held off the visiting Dacula Falcons football team by a count of 20-16 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Central Gwinnett upgrades its record to 2-7 on the season. The Black Knights travel to Habersham Central (Mt. Airy, GA) to encounter the Raiders in a AAAAAA Region 8 outing on Tuesday, November 17. The Raiders go into the outing with a record of 4-4. Habersham Central won 36-15 in their recent league outing against Lanier (Sugar Hill, GA)

With the loss, Dacula moves to 5-3 on the season. The Falcons travel to Buford (Buford, GA) to encounter the Wolves in a AAAAAA Region 8 outing on Friday, November 20. The Wolves go into the outing with a record of 7-1. Buford won 45-7 in their recent league outing against Winder-Barrow (Winder, GA)
