Mountain Pointe Pride (Phoenix, AZ) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Chandler Wolves (Chandler, AZ), 10-8 in a league test.

With the win, Mountain Pointe upgrades its record to 9-12 on the season. The Pride host Highland (Gilbert, AZ) to battle the Hawks in a I Section 2 test on Thursday, April 16. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 9-11. Highland lost 10-0 in their recent league test against Mesquite (Gilbert, AZ)

With the defeat, Chandler falls to 13-9 on the season. The Wolves host Corona del Sol (Tempe, AZ) to battle the Aztecs in a I Section 2 test on Saturday, April 18.
