With the victory, Colorado Springs Christian upgrades its record to 16-0 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Colorado Springs School (Colorado Springs, CO) to play the Kodiaks in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 5. The Kodiaks come into the bout with a record of 10-5. Colorado Springs School won 49-26 in their recent league bout against Fountain Valley (Colorado Springs, CO)
Next up, the Miners play the Florence Huskies (Florence, CO) in a 3A Tri-Peaks bout, on Wednesday, February 6. Trinidad will attempt to upgrade on its 6-8 season record. The Huskies come into the bout with a 7-9 record after their 49-36 league loss to Lamar (Lamar, CO).
