Connecticut High School Basketball - Kennedy fells Kaynor Tech
January 7, 2019: Waterbury, CT 06708 Kennedy Eagles (Waterbury, CT) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Kaynor Tech Panthers (Waterbury, CT), 39-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Kennedy upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Eagles host Wilby (Waterbury, CT) to clash with the Wildcats in a Naugatuck Valley - Copper bout on Tuesday, January 8. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 2-5. Wilby lost 66-19 in their recent league bout against Holy Cross (Waterbury, CT)
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Sacred Heart Hearts (Waterbury, CT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 9. Kaynor Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Hearts go into the bout with a 4-2 record after their 64-40 league win over Crosby (Waterbury, CT).
