Texas High School Baseball - Diboll loses to St. Thomas Catholic
April 7, 2018: Houston, TX 77007 In Saturday's league game, the host St. Thomas Catholic Eagles baseball team scored a nice 14-5 victory over the Diboll Lumberjacks.
The Eagles (16-9) will now prepare for their game against Cooper (Cooper, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region II District 13 game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Cooper was overwhelmed by Mt. Vernon (Mt. Vernon, TX), 15-5, in a league game.
The Lumberjacks (4-9) will now prepare for their game against Shepherd (Shepherd, TX). The Pirates go into the 4A Region III District 21 game with a 2-10 record. In their last game, Shepherd was overwhelmed by Huntington (Huntington, TX), 10-0, in a league game.
