The North Buncombe Black Hawks crushed the host Erwin Warriors baseball team by a tally of 14-4 in Friday's league bout.

The Black Hawks now hold a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Enka for a 3A Western Mountain bout on Tuesday, March 20. North Buncombe will face a Jets team coming off a 20-1 league loss to Asheville (Asheville, NC). The Jets record now stands at 0-6.

Next, the Warriors face the West Henderson Falcons (Hendersonville, NC) in a 3A Western Mountain bout, on Tuesday, March 20. Erwin will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Falcons enter the bout with a 1-4 record after their 12-2 league loss to T.C. Roberson (Asheville, NC).
